According to a study done by the Tourism Research Australia (TRA), the top five most visited Gold Coast attractionsare Surfers Paradise Beach (47%), the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre (35%), the Burleigh Beach (26%), the Harbour Town (25%) and the Coolangatta Beach (24%). In another survey, TRA also found out that most of the tourists frequent the Gold Coast because they want to go to the beach, go sightseeing, and visit theme parks.
