Here’s a look at the top 10 things we’d add to our bucket list for those incredible weekend getaways on the Gold Coast.

3. Paddock Bakery
Looking for a coffee with that sweet treat? Or a light lunch after a surf? Well go no further than Paddock Bakery. This little gem of a bakery is tucked away in the heart of Miami and is a favourite to locals and tourists alike.
4. Coolangatta Lookout
The Gold Coast boasts some of the best lookouts in Australia. Nestled near Coolangatta in the southern Gold Coast this lookout gives incredible views north towards Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise. A perfect activity to pair with an afternoon swim and a picnic nearby.

Climb to the top of the Q1 Resort and you’re met with illuminating pathways through Surfers Paradise at Sunset. It is the ideal destination to grab a 360 degree view of the gold coast. We recommend heading up to the observatory deck at night to experience the city in all its glory.
