INFINITY is a mind-blowing 30-minute journey into 20 trippy, futuristic, maze-like ‘worlds of wonder’ filled with special effects and illusions that go all the way to infinity! This dreamlike funhouse is fun for all ages and nationalities. It’s a hilarious, interactive experience that’s good family entertainment and a great group or team-building activity.
INFINITY is located at Chevron Renaissance Centre, Cnr Elkhorn & Surfers Paradise Blvd., SURFERS PARADISE. We are just a 3-minute walk (240m) from the G-Link tram stop at Cavill Avenue.
We’re open every day from 10 PM – 10 PM, with just a few exceptions. On ANZAC Day (25th April), we open from 1pm. We’re closed from 5:30pm on Christmas Eve (24th December) and all day on Christmas Day (25th December). On all other public holidays, our hours remain 10 am to 10 pm.
The experience generally takes about 30 minutes, depending on the entry queues. However, you can spend as long as you like in each area, you just can’t go backwards.
Yes, Chevron Renaissance offers 2 hours of free parking. Additional charges will apply after your 2 hours, so please check with Secure Parking.(location)
We recommend INFINITY for ages 8 years and above. While many parents bring younger children who enjoy the experience very much, it depends on the child’s comfort with the low-level lighting, loud noises, and other effects. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
No, INFINITY is not a haunted horror house, and nothing can hurt you. The unknown can create an impression of something scary, but there is nothing truly scary inside. Many environments are like adult playgrounds—fun, beautiful, and even relaxing. Children, elderly visitors, and all ages in between have enjoyed the experience.

Yes, tickets can be purchased directly at the store on arrival or online.
No booking time is required. You can arrive, purchase tickets, and join the queue (if there is one). Please note that during school holidays and wet weather, queue times could be up to 1 hour. The best times to visit to avoid long queues are between 10am-11am or 4:30pm-7pm.
We offer discounts off our standard online admission rates if you have a special discount promo code. These codes may be offered on social media, newsletters, print advertising media, or through special promotions with our partners.
Online tickets are valid for any day at any time during our normal hours of operation. They expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
Tickets purchased online will be emailed to you. Please print your ticket or have it on your smartphone. We may use your order number if needed.
No, we do not offer BNPL options. However, if your ZipPay account has a single-use card or an attached ZipMoney Visa, this can be used. We also accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Diners.
We accept all valid Australian and International student cards.
We accept the Senior Citizen card for those over 65+. Discounts are not available for pension cards.
We offer complimentary admission for a guest with a valid Companion or Carer’s card when they are entering with the person they are caring for. Valid identification with the Companion card will also need to be presented.
All tickets purchased online are non-refundable.
We recommend against entering with a baby or toddler.
No, for safety reasons, children cannot be carried through the maze. If your child is small enough, a front-carrying infant harness can be used (not supplied by INFINITY). Prams and backpacks are not permitted but can be stored with our lockers.
If your child has an unusual fear of the dark, it may be best to refrain from entering or consider purchasing a lightstick on entry. Although nothing is designed to frighten, some environments may cause anxiety due to low light or illusions.
If you are concerned about claustrophobia, it’s important to consider your comfort levels before proceeding. The experience includes low-light areas, sound effects, and unexpected elements that could cause anxiety. However, many people with varying degrees of claustrophobia have completed the experience and enjoyed it. We encourage communication with our staff if you have concerns, and they can monitor you via CCTV and offer assistance if needed. Remember, you can’t get lost in the experience—just keep moving forward.
If you feel the need to exit, we have infrared cameras and CCTV throughout to observe patrons. Fire exit doors are also located throughout the maze, and staff can guide you out if necessary. In the dark Mystery Zone, there is also a video intercom for communication with the INFINITY crew
At Infinity Attraction, we recognize that experiences like ours can evoke different reactions from guests with Autism. However, we’ve received overwhelmingly positive feedback from our guests with Autism. Many have enjoyed the vibrant lighting illusions throughout the attraction. Please be aware that some environments within Infinity feature loud sound effects, which may not be as enjoyable for everyone on the spectrum.
Yes, INFINITY is 80% wheelchair accessible via an alternative route. The staff can guide wheelchair users through specific areas. Please call 5526 8935 ahead to arrange a suitable time for admission, as a staff member will assist you. A carer accompanying a disabled guest will be admitted free of charge with a valid Carer’s Card.

Cameras and mobile phones are not permitted inside the attraction to preserve the experience for all guests. We take souvenir photographs of your group inside the maze, which can be purchased upon exit.
For your own safety, we strongly recommend fully enclosed flat-soled shoes; high heels are not permitted. If you choose to wear sandals or thongs, you enter at your own risk. Keep in mind that many floors are uneven, sloping, and designed to move and flex when you walk on them.
Appropriate clothing attire is encouraged but you must wear shoes. Ideally flat comfortable footwear.
Yes, INFINITY provides free lockers inside the shop where all loose belongings, phones, hats, sunglasses, and bags can be safely stored. These lockers are monitored under CCTV surveillance.
Many pregnant women have enjoyed the INFINITY experience. However, care should be taken in areas like the Glotubes Ball Room, the Wobbly, and the Marshmallow. If you are in the last couple of months of pregnancy, it is best to wait until after your pregnancy. Please consult our Entry & Safety Conditions or contact staff for advice.
INFINITY does not have any fast-flashing lights that may concern epileptics. There are areas with chasing LED lights and a slow flashing strobe. Guests can move quickly through these areas if needed. Please consult with your doctor regarding pacemakers as we cannot provide medical advice.
