Gift Shop Returns & Refunds Policy

At Infinity Attraction, we want you to love your purchase. However, if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Contact Us.
We’ll arrange a replacement product to be sent at no extra cost, along with a Reply Paid return label so you can return the original item to us.

To assist with processing, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A clear photo or video of the fault

Change of Mind Returns

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Return

Returns (for faulty items) must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in original condition (excluding the fault), and where possible, with original packaging.
  • Return must be lodged within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must not have been damaged through misuse, abnormal use, or failure to follow care instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products or digital items
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless deemed faulty)

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is unavailable or as required under Australian Consumer Law. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days of approval.

Shipping Costs

  • For faulty/incorrect items: We cover all postage both ways.
  • For any return not due to a fault: Return postage is at the customer’s expense (only applicable if exceptions are made at our discretion).
